The decision is the product

BuilderRetreat sits inside Amplify with AI, beside the domain pathway. It is not a cohort and not a Buildground edition. You decide. The panel assesses whether the evidence supports that decision. ATRISI recommends a next surface. A decision to stop is a completed retreat.

  • BUILD — the evidence warrants execution. Buildground is one possible next room, not the reward.
  • DISCOVER — the problem stays interesting, and the evidence is not yet enough to build.
  • STOP — building is not justified right now. The thesis remains on record.

Friday — Arrive

What are you curious about?

Check in, then an opening circle and a builder salon. No lectures, laptops, or pitch decks. The arrival card — problem, intended decision, confidence — is written before the room starts changing anyone’s mind.

Saturday — Discover

What is actually worth solving?

Problem, actor, observation, evidence, assumptions, opportunity. Notes start once evidence is being collected. The open hours are part of the weekend, not a gap to fill with a hackathon.

Sunday — Decide

What are you willing to commit to?

Assumption attack, a smallest useful experiment, then a Build Thesis. You make the decision. The panel assesses whether the evidence supports it. ATRISI recommends a next surface, which may be none.

Where you actually belong

What the weekend does not include

  • No certificate
  • No tool lectures
  • No compulsory hackathon
  • No investor pitch
  • No prize for the flashiest idea
  • No requirement to start a company

Seats are selected for interesting people and interesting problems. Being able to pay ₹24,999 is not the selection criterion. Payment happens after you are offered a seat.
